Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa-Deluxe All Inclusive ★★★★★

From pick-up until departure at MLE, Emerald team took great care of us, always pro-active and attentive, always smiling, always at the top of service. The water villa was amazing in size and luxurious feeling, with crystal clear water and the house reef just under our terrace. Tipp: explore the island and the restaurants for lunch and dinners. From fruits, mock-/cocktails over the very diverse meals and great tastes to wine exploration, we only felt there was never enough time (and belly space) to experience “all of it”. The same for activities - we enjoyed the yoga sessions, SPA treatments, diving and snorkeling as well as tennis lessons, cocktail mixing: always kind, fun, pleasant, superior quality. After the frequent “how are you” questions, we were simply missing the right words / superlatives to express how we felt. Leaving after 6 days feels like we needed to say our goodbyes to friends & family… we will be missing the smiles and the talks. We did not feel like ‘only’ guests, but like THE guests to each of the team members, who take pride in ensuring you have the best time. A heartfelt THANK YOU for this experience, dear Emerald team.

Great food, awesome kids club, very friendly and helpful staff always trying to do their best in satisfying our needs and bassically any request. Special thanks for outstanding service, attitude and help belongs to our butler Faya, Maria who besides taking great care of our kids with other girls in the kids club, dis nit hesitate to even borrow me her own housing and lenses for my camera which I forgot to bring with me, Rhido and Nash making our lunches and dinners even more enjoyable serving delicious wines and our great excursion guide Nappe from the diving center, all helping us make memories that will last a lifetime. THANK YOU!!!

Food in Le Asiatique restaurant is very good but service needs to improve.

Terrific service all round, everyone really made an effort especially our wonderful Host Wisham. No ask was too great for him and we knew we could rely on him for anything. We travelled to Emerald for our daughter's first birthday and he went the extra mile to organise decorations to make her feel special and a special dinner on the beach. Just absolutely top notch and he took our stay to the next level. Our kids also went into the kids club and I can't speak highly enough of them - all 3 really enjoyed it and the staff made extra effort to settle them in including accommodating a last-minute babysitting service for a couple of hours. Overall the staff and their attentiveness was outstanding, everyone knew our names, what the kids we like around meal times and small touches like arranging my coffees just the way I liked them daily was really great.

The main pool was a disappointment. There's only one and while it wasn't busy it's pretty bland and there was no shading etc. The area titled Kids Pool was a bit of a joke - it's more of a shallow water section to a walk way. It was the only downside and with some investment (a new proper Main Pool, an actual kids area with shading) I'd say the facilities would be fine.

Amazing place. Paradise! The staff, the views, the services, the clean sea, the pool area, and over water villas are just out of this world!!!!! Our villa manager is, Faya, was just so nice and helpful. Big thank you to all the staff!

The sea plane to get there is very expensive. $600 per person. While they do provide a great service it is over priced which is the only way to get there.

I’m so impressed with the hospitality of all the staff at the resort. They even can provide you a special meal without spices/salt if you want it. Wine list is perfect including champagne. Also cleaning is 2 a day.

It would be very nice if you have a table tennis.

Everything was fantastic, from the accommodation, the food and the friendly staff. We stayed in a water villa which was clean, stylish and had the best ocean view.　 Our daughter was thrilled when she walked in and said, "This is the best I have ever had!". We really felt comfortable in our room thanks to the housekeeper who cleaned our messy room perfectly twice a day. 　 all staff were really friendly and kind. Especially our butler Igga took very good care of us with great attention to detail. We believe our stay was better because of him.　 The food was really good at all the restaurants but the Teppanyaki restaurant stood out. It was initially fully booked but Igga put us on the waiting list and finally we could get a seat. The taste was great, of course, but it was the performance and talk of the chef Juber that made our dinner time so enjoyable and wonderful. 　Another favorite of my husband's was the Beach Club Grill Restaurant. The sea breeze from the beach was nice and the food was delicious. We went there for lunch three days in a row. We were supposed to go on a manta ray tour, but the weather was bad and we could not go on the manta ray tour. Instead, we went on a snorkeling tour where we were able to enjoy the amazing coral reefs and countless fish.　 On a separate snorkeling tour, we saw sea turtles and were able to swim with them. The members of the diving center were very supportive of our 9 years old daughter during the snorkel tour and she and we had a safe and positive experience.

Excursions and sea activities were bit overpriced and not open every day.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité, a aucun moment nous avons vue une foulé de personnes a aucun des lieux, restaurant, plages ou mêmes auprès du bar a « Infinity Pool ». Les repas dans les différents restaurants sont d’une variété exquisité et ne laisse aucun désire ouvert, tout au moins de notre point de vue. Au début nous avons hésité à vouloir réserver un Villa sur l’Eau, mais à vrai dire nous avons bien fait du fait que la terrasse est d’une grandeur unique, et sans que personne vous voit.

Rien à dire de notre côté a la question des choses que nous n'avons pas appréciés.

Tout. c’était tout Parfait du début juste à la fin. Déjà c’est super d’accepter les enfants, car la grande parti des resort refuse les enfants et celui la a tout fait pour eux et que les enfants passent aussi des vacances de rêve avec des parents. Le personnel est toujours aux petits soins, nous remercions spécialement à Adam que était d’une gentillesse immense, chaque jour aux petits soins avec nous et avec notre fille, il nous a préparé une table très especial pour le Diner Gala et aussi à Igga que s’est bien occupé de nous tout au long du séjour, il nous a préparé un souper inoubliable dans la plage, réservé que pour nous. L’endroit est paradisiaque et d’une propreté irréprochable! Les plages merveilleuses, nous pouvons voir les poissons et quelques petits requins. Au niveaux des prestations tout été super avec l’option tout inclus, la nourriture excellente, dès les appetizers aux desserts c’était vraiment un vrai délice. Même pour les enfants ils font les purées et les compotes, ça c’est très appréciable. Le matériel de snorkling est gratuit, les vélos aussi sont mis à disposition même pour les enfants mais l’île peut se parcourir très bien à pied et c’est très agréable. Maintenant le plus important, la chambre alors elle été juste Magnifique! Nous avons pris La Water Villa avec jacuzzi et tout été parfait. Grande et spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable, chaque fois ils passaient pour ranger ou nettoyer, même le doudou de ma fille ils le rangeaient tout jolie dans son lit. Merci a Jambe pour ce la. La vue sur l’océan est de couper le souffle, même dessous le pilotis l’eau est transparente, avec plein de poissons, vraiment le rêve. La salle de bains immense, magnifique, avec baignoire, douche pluie, avec un grand dressing vraiment le rêve. Aucun insecte, aucun moustique aucune bête ni dans la chambre ni dans le resort et sa pour moi c’était très très important.

C’est juste paradisiaque rien à dire on est resté 7 jours avec mon copain et on voulait rester. La villa water est juste incroyable, on mange très très bien et le personnel est au top. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir Saeed il est génial, top, marrant et fait tout pour vous mettre à l’aise. À faire au moins une fois dans sa vie.
